Mi wife loves the watch. Originally you sent the watch with a pearl dilemma when I ordered a silver dial.
Then yosaid you would send a "silver" dial and some tools to help me replace the dial.
Then I received a package from you and when I opened the box there wasn't a replacement dial. But, there was a complete new watch with a silver dial.
I assume that this was a mistake.
How do I return the watch with the pearl dial?

Great price and fast delivery. Didn't get pictures of the watch prior to shipment. I thought this was on all orders.
Should have read the notes more carefully. The back case is just a sticker... and it was either added upside down or the back case was not screwed on correctly. Need to remove the case and readjust. Pitty the this was not the same as the original with moving parts. Maybe the higher priced version is the animated dial case and not a sticker.

I have a gen and wanted a rep I could wear in less formal settings. aka, I'm not walking the streets of LA with the gen. This version came with a beautiful exhibition caseback. The watch is solid and has good weight. The dial is gorgeous. I clocked in 3 seconds fast on day one. +/- 3 seconds is fine with me. Not bad at all. The stopwatch function is not available in this version. There is a more expensive version with the right caseback, and everything works as it should.

I bought a sub to wear in place of my gen sub. I’m not going to lie. I have mixed them up already and have a very hard time telling them apart. If my gen sub didn't have scratches, it wouldn;t be possible le by just looking at it. This process, like most, took about a month.
Ante todo, lo más reseñable es el trato y comunicación con el departamento de atención al cliente, después de un error en el envío de mi pedido, la resolución del problema ha sido totalmente excepcional y rápida.
En cuanto a la calidad de los relojes entiendo que es correcta, no es ni mucho menos perfecta y no concuerda con las imágenes al 100% "la correa por ejemplo es de muy baja calidad" , cierto es que no adquiri la versión clone si no una AAAA y ese puede ser el motivo, el giro de los viseles también deja mucho que desear, supongo que éstos detalles en la versión más cara estarán mejor.
En cuanto al resto muy contento, si alguien que entienda un poco lo sujeta en la mano nunca pasará por auténtico, pero por su precio es muy correcto, me encantaría poder ver un súper clone, pero para mí es demasiado dinero para el riego, quizás algún día me anime a probar.
En general una tienda muy recomendable, te van a solucionar cualquier problema en tiempo y forma. Muy contento con la compra y muchas gracias al equipo de atención al cliente
