The after purchase customer service was excellent! Many times you buy a replica watch from an overseas company and it feels like gambling! You never know what your going to get and if it doesn't work or is defective you just assume your screwed. Well not here, my watch showed up and within a day the mesh bracelet clasp broke. When I reported it I was sent a new one immediately and the replacement is working great. As far as the watch goes, the "Seamaster" NTTD replica (not swiss)- Movement is smooth and accurate, the bezel is close to original with good movement, the bands look and feel original although Stainless. With a replica watch costing 250 USD you can not expect perfection (I assume the Swill replica is ) so there are a few knocks that only the wearer will notice. 1- the PIP is a little off center, 2-the luminous is very light and only lasts minutes in the dark. 3- and the only misleading item for this watch is that it says Stainless Not Titanium on the back lug! The description clearly states Titanium and frankly I'm ok with Stainless and expected for the price it would be. If it's a replica and you have gone as far as calling it a OMEGA say it's Titanium too. All in all this is the best experience I have had with a replica watch purchase. I plan on buying many more from Lux
