Mi wife loves the watch. Originally you sent the watch with a pearl dilemma when I ordered a silver dial. Then yosaid you would send a “silver” dial and some tools to help me replace the dial. Then I received a package from you and when I opened the box there wasn’t a replacement dial. But, there was a complete new watch with a silver dial. I assume that this was a mistake.
