What if Customs Seize my Package? Do I Pay any Customs Fees?
We rarely have any issues with customs and packages being seized. If this is the case, we will either refund you the full amount paid or ship the package again with a different courier.
Rarely you will need to pay some customs fees, this is completely normal, but we ALWAYS COVER THE FULL AMOUNT and we refund the customs fees to you immediately.
How Fast is Shipping?
We provide one shipping method: FedEx Express Worldwide Shipping
Processing Time: 3-4 business days
Delivery After Shipment: 6-10 days
Total Time: Maximum 2 weeks from order to delivery
After you place an order, we require 3-4 business days to provide you with tracking information and detailed package photos.
Note: Super Clone watches may take an additional 1-2 days due to enhanced quality control.

Where Are We Located and Where Do We Ship From?
Our headquarters are located in London, United Kingdom.
We have multiple sellers all over the globe, so every watch is shipped from a different location. Some of our sellers are from China, Greece, Japan, and Switzerland.
Are There Any Extra Tax or Will I Have Issues with Customs?
There are no additional taxes you need to pay – the tax is included in the price.
Customs has never been a problem for us. If they keep your package, we will resend you a new one for free.
Can I Change or Cancel My Order?
If you are not satisfied for any reason, yes you can ship the package back to us and receive a refund or exchange with a different product.

Yes, we ship internationally! We only ship via FedEx Express insured shipping.
